I know someone who was having the same problem so they opened another account which they didn't use and they started getting the vouchers again .

Not boasting or anything, just to show I actually think the number vouchers you get are random and a coincidence. I don't buy the theory that those who don't spend get more vouchers

Two sets of hot drink and cake vouchers today - for two members of the family who never make any card-linked purchases.

They may get used if we happen to be in a store, but all these vouchers have really managed to do is convince me how overpriced and underwhelming their cafes are. OK for free, obviously, and a nice offer, but if I were paying I'd be elsewhere.

I have a voucher at present and might be near a John Lewis soon which doesn't have a cafe but has a 'Place To Eat.' Are these informal where you can go to a counter and get a cake and drink, or are they more formal?

Just a heads up that there are more vouchers on the way.

The usual hot drink and cake (8 January - 28 February), a 5 giftcard if you spend 50 online or instore (1 - 24 December).

Tote bag this year - excellent quality
Lucky to have two vouchers before Christmas. This time one for use after Christmas, voucher for lovely tote bag (collected ) and miscellaneous vouchers which require me to spend 50, or take out a JL Partnership CC.

It's odd, isn't it? Almost as if there's a magic pixie working for John Lewis and spending his time unticking all those boxes we felt sure we'd ticked.

Still waiting for my latest vouchers - haven't had many this year at all.

My mailing arrived today: free coffee and cake by the end of February, which is great, but no free tote for me. As the nearest JL is a 80+ mile round trip I can understand why.....
The other vouchers were for a holiday comp, a free eye test and money off a shop in Waitrose - the nearest are 32 or 40 odd miles away... but, they do deliver (at last!)
