Please forgive the corny thread title inspired by The Who, but this post on the bloated 'how do I make the most of it' thread prompted me to initiate a new one...
    Hi Everyone,
I haven't been here for a while, and am interested to see discussion of how much is being generated, rather than what to do with it.

It seems to drop below that figure before it reaches 13.55 (optimum orientation). Final figure was just over 14kWh.

BTW, there was an item about solar generation in Germany on the radio today; you can stream it here:

Better day and much better than the forecast suggested.

    4.15 O's

347th out of 1427 days of production.

30.87% of estimate at the halfway point!

Back down to earth today with only 1.69 Os but high hopes for later in the week. Half way through the month with just under 29% of PVGIS. Not looking too promising.

Looks like April is heading the same way as March. On a quick estimate it is virtually impossible to reach the expected April generation and it's only the 16th day of the month.

Average expected per day in April is 16.9kWh. I am languishing at just over 10! I appreciate that a straight "expected month's kWh divided by days in month" is not wholly realistic in this context but to reach April's "goal" my system will need to average 24.5 kWh every day for the next 14 days, i.e. 6.5kWh above expected daily average - and that doesn't seem that likely bearing in mind that apart from 2015 when it might just about have happened, most other years had only a handful of days at or above 24.5 kWh spread over the entire month!

Oh well, at least February was the best February to date for my system...

Not good for me either. I'm at 31% of my PVGIS target for the month. So have to make 69% in 14 days.

I'm hoping that the next week's weather is as predicted.

    EDIT: 4.125 O's today

Goodish day here, up and down.

    3.96 O's

Solar-I-Boost decided to stop working today! Never had instructions so after looking on the Net discovered the sender unit batteries needed replacing! Not bad after 47 months!

Also found out since I've had it that it has diverted around 4.5 MWh's of my production to heating water.

Just about OK yesterday with a par 3.24 O's.

Well behind target now (14.5 O's / 81kWh's short) , predicting 84% for month end. But after today's poor weather there is a very nice 6 days ...... according to the forecast (?) so that could put a few O's back in the bank.

Fairly shaky start but bright sunshine (& alas the odd cloud) from 10am till dusk resulted in 20.6 kWh generated. I believe some posters would refer to that as a Honolulu or similar ?

A little disappointed that my generation curve had a few 'ragged edges' and that peak output was only about three and a half kW.
