    Official MSE Insert:

Thanks to Grimbal for starting this thread, where compulsive Rightmove browsers share their funniest finds. Scroll down for Playboy mansions, unusual extensions, toilets in wardrobes and mysterious presences under bedcovers.

    Back to the original post...

Thought I'd start off a new thread as the other one was getting to be pretty long. The old thread can be found here.

How about starting up a thread dedicated to the interesting properties that we come across in our searches ?

I'm guessing these guys don't invite their granny over to watch TV

We've seen plenty of places with old fashioned/tasteless/nicknacky decor. But the sheer ghastliness of that overly tasteful cold grey interior is mind numbing, and presumably cost a bomb to achieve.

Despite the 1970s calling and asking for their interior back, I think there is some lovely original character under all the frills and furbelows.
Once the chintz has been consigned to the bin, painting all those acres of pine cladding in a light colour would make a dramatic difference.
That paved prison yard though would be the deal breaker for me.

Can people stop loaning money/being a guarator to family/friends, it rarely ends well and you lose out as your money is gone or you get shafted with being a guarantor.
