    Official MSE Insert:

Thanks to Grimbal for starting this thread, where compulsive Rightmove browsers share their funniest finds. Scroll down for Playboy mansions, unusual extensions, toilets in wardrobes and mysterious presences under bedcovers.

    Back to the original post...

Thought I'd start off a new thread as the other one was getting to be pretty long. The old thread can be found here.

How about starting up a thread dedicated to the interesting properties that we come across in our searches ?

I'm guessing these guys don't invite their granny over to watch TV

Oh, and if you go uphill on the Lane itself about 100m, there's a really untypical-for-Bath listed church...

An outdoor pool, in Ayrshire... such optimism! http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-52508706.html

And some very unique styling throughout.

Pressing the thanks button just doesn't convey the mixture of puzzlement and joy resulting from the thought of a house with a swimming pool in Abbey Wood.

Quite reasonable quality area - for a lean-to.

First query - how much do 2 bedroom houses go for in the area to find out what the price should really be...

    A fabulous location.

I've passed it a couple of times and would love to buy one of the apartments-but more than I can afford.

I'm certain it will sell for far, far more than the guide price.

I know we feature probate properties, where time has stood still, but that's the sort of family house one occasionally sees where nothing looks like it's ever been new!

Oh bless, he's lovely! Reminds me very much of our first cat, whose name was Silly... He wasn't at all! One of our enduring memories is we bought some smoked salmon... OH left it on the kitchen table for about 30 seconds, when he returned it had gone - paper bag, plastic wrapping sheet, smoked salmon, everything gulped down in one swallow!
