    Official MSE Insert:

Thanks to Grimbal for starting this thread, where compulsive Rightmove browsers share their funniest finds. Scroll down for Playboy mansions, unusual extensions, toilets in wardrobes and mysterious presences under bedcovers.

    Back to the original post...

Thought I'd start off a new thread as the other one was getting to be pretty long. The old thread can be found here.

How about starting up a thread dedicated to the interesting properties that we come across in our searches ?

I'm guessing these guys don't invite their granny over to watch TV

I suppose at least it's tenanted, so you don't have to live there yourself, but here's a 1 bed flat in an ex-office block that in fact only has the floorplan from when it was an office, and is in the middle of a giant roundabout.

This one was posted last year, but still makes me chuckle. Wife says it what my house would look like if she ever left me.

I "styled" my last one when I put it up for sale (though nothing like to that extent) and every photo and every word on the text was gone through with a fine toothcomb

The photographer is actually pretty good at producing the sort of pretentious nonsense that sells houses; so good that I doubt if it was the EA.

I agree with Clutterfree, the staging is totally OTT, so I find it pretentious, but if it hits home with the target market then it's done its job.
