Last thing you bought? 28th Mar 11 at 2:58 PM
I swear there was a thread on this but I can't find it.

Anyway, what was the last thing you bought? (it can be anything...no matter how small. ).

I'm not feeling very well today so after my hospital appointment OH and I went into town and I bought a cropped denim jacket. I used to have one but I lost it in a GP surgery somewhere.

    So, how about you?

    Groceries.

And a clutch of rhubarb which is now looking worryingly O Neg - I think to make cordial I should have used root ginger, caster sugar & a muslin straining cloth...

Should taste OK still, but that stunning pink isn't as clear as I'd like.

A return bus ticket on the Park and Ride service in Bristol
A strawberry lemonade, a sparkling water and a Coke with lunch in Bella Italia
A t-shirt and two pairs of workout leggings from New Look
A nighty, some PJ bottoms, a VS Sport vest top and VS Sport joggers, and a body spray from Victoria’s Secret
3 pairs of trainer socks, 2 sports bras, a workout t-shirt and camo print leggings, some trousers, a vest top and a swimsuit from Primark
A t-shirt and a smart floaty white top from Yours Clothing
A newspaper and a copy of Take a Break magazine
I have joined a smart gym as my new job has corporate discount. I realised my skanky old leggings and tops that I would usually wear wouldn’t cut it (plus I needed a new swimsuit as my other ones don’t fit) so I needed some smart workout stuff. That’s my excuse for spending 75 in Victoria’s Secret and I’m sticking to it (MSE disclaimer- everything I bought from there was in the sale )
