    hi everyone

New on here not new to debt was married for 10 years and we seperated so i took any debt that was in my name and he took his debt

By OMG what a mess got my credit card statement in and it was for 6000 and this was may last year but i've ploughed extra money into this credit card every month and i'm thrilled to say that in 16 months i am just above the 3000 mark

    Debts June 2009
    Capital One Card 6000
    BOS CC 1700
Car Finance This finished in August 2012 @ 124 a month fixed payments
DFS Couch This finishes 2013 @55.63 a month fixed payments

    Debts October 2010
Capital One Card 3245.39 Paying 200 a month into this
BOS CC 1559.81 Paying minimum payment of 34

I have cancelled my Capital One Card so just paying the balance off interest is roughly 50 a month but last year is was over 80 a month so saving 30 already

Also do not have my PIN number of the BOS Card either so haven't spent on wither card since June 2009

My plan is to concentrate on the Capital One Card and if i continue paying 200 a month i will have this cleared in 18 months so it'll be paid off in April 2012 but my aim is to have it paid off before xmas next year!!!!

The the BOS card will be paid off using the excess 200 plus the 34 it'll only take me 7 month to pay that off which by that time i'll only have paid the final instalment of my little car so i'll have 360 a month spare so will whack that into my couch.

well it's a plan and so far i've stuck to it for a year and feel good esp when my ex husband complaining he's up to his eyeballs on debt when he went on a spending spree and bought a 10 grand car

My kids are 8 and 4 and they are even getting into the frugal life my daughter heads to the sale rail of any clothes shop or the reduced counter at supermarkets and she loves getting bargain

    sorry to waffle on lol

    Evening

    Finished work............it's Friday

Been a busy day, when is it not

Started work at 7.30am finished at 5pm so not too bad

sent 6.21 towards the Halifax card

Managed to get two surveys on pa think I made 4 from them

Dropped Kk off at nursery then set up playgroup 3 20 kids turned up was very very noisy

Came home made lunch then dropped the girls off at their different nurseries then rushed back to the school where they were celebrating the school being 10 years old

Picked up the afterschoolers and Kk , Abbie came in and gave me 30 to go towards her phone as that's her ema paying out now

Sent 20 towards the Halifax only 313.61 til I hit my mini target for the end of September must be crazy

Kids went up the stairs and watched a movie so I cracked on with my ironing and it's all now put away, boys uniforms are all ready for next week

Just waiting on kids dinner cooking then me and hubby are having soup as we have weigh in tomorrow, I'm determined to beat him this week

You must be shattered! I'd have had a power nap if it was me. Hope you get a full night of sleep tonight, DS stops being sick and DH enjoys his first day at college.
