    hi everyone

New on here not new to debt was married for 10 years and we seperated so i took any debt that was in my name and he took his debt

By OMG what a mess got my credit card statement in and it was for 6000 and this was may last year but i've ploughed extra money into this credit card every month and i'm thrilled to say that in 16 months i am just above the 3000 mark

    Debts June 2009
    Capital One Card 6000
    BOS CC 1700
Car Finance This finished in August 2012 @ 124 a month fixed payments
DFS Couch This finishes 2013 @55.63 a month fixed payments

    Debts October 2010
Capital One Card 3245.39 Paying 200 a month into this
BOS CC 1559.81 Paying minimum payment of 34

I have cancelled my Capital One Card so just paying the balance off interest is roughly 50 a month but last year is was over 80 a month so saving 30 already

Also do not have my PIN number of the BOS Card either so haven't spent on wither card since June 2009

My plan is to concentrate on the Capital One Card and if i continue paying 200 a month i will have this cleared in 18 months so it'll be paid off in April 2012 but my aim is to have it paid off before xmas next year!!!!

The the BOS card will be paid off using the excess 200 plus the 34 it'll only take me 7 month to pay that off which by that time i'll only have paid the final instalment of my little car so i'll have 360 a month spare so will whack that into my couch.

well it's a plan and so far i've stuck to it for a year and feel good esp when my ex husband complaining he's up to his eyeballs on debt when he went on a spending spree and bought a 10 grand car

My kids are 8 and 4 and they are even getting into the frugal life my daughter heads to the sale rail of any clothes shop or the reduced counter at supermarkets and she loves getting bargain

    sorry to waffle on lol

Kids helped me decluttering the baking cupboard, I'm ashamed to say most of it got binned as they were out of date oops but we don't do a lot of baking here mostly rice crispy cakes

Avon arrived and I've sorted it out whilst the wee one took his nap just need to message everyone to arrange deliveries for tomorrow will do that once the wee one is away and after I've done my workout video

Been a nsd so far but it won't last need to nip to lidl for stuff for sandwiches and snacks for our day trip tomorrow hoping it'll be under 10 we shall see xx

Sold another top on fb she's picking it up tomorrow got 6 for it this will be going straight into my Florida tin

    Morning

Pretty peed off with myself got weighed put on 3lb I mean come on so annoyed need to stop mucking about its time to get strict with myself I always have my Saturday off no I'll continue to do so as it's worked in the past but I need to get stricter after Saturday and really reign it in I've got a wedding to attend at the end of next month and I want to be half a stone lighter so I'm doing this

As you can see my halaifax is not down to under the 1k mark due to one of my parents not being able to pay me til next week ........the positive is since I got my statement on the 12th march I've paid off 1006.12 so I'm not beating myself up about it too much

Taking kids to their dance class in a min And I've got two avon deliveries to take up there that's four I've got rid of so far this morning think I only have two to get rid of tonight xx

Only gaining about 130 from avon not the 170 I thought as I've bee not overcharged by 20 on a watch so need to phone avon and get them to change it x. Still at least there will be money going into the Florida tin from it and that's all that matters

Right off to get ready for the boys dancing xx

I've finally caught up with your diary Abba. You are so inspirational because you just don't stop . You're motivating me to sell some clutter on FB .

It's hard to lose weight with Easter just behind us; I've put on four pounds in two weeks , but I'm determined to lose nine pounds before July. I'm sure you can do it too.

    Evening

    It's been a busy day

Had the day off today slept til 9am

Woke up sent 15 towards the Halifax as one of my avon customers sent my money straight my bank so I still owe it 35 when I get paid from my other customers on Friday

Causing the train to Glasgow via the train 7.20 return kids go free as I had a eye appointment

Got a confession to make and it's a huge one but I'm getting my eyes lasered I'm sick of glasses and contact lenses hurt my eyes, it's with optimax so a reputable company got a voucher through the door in January for money off so I got a deal for 1995 I know it's a lot of it works out at 49 a month cause I've paid a deposit at 0% but I'll have it paid off before we remortgage so because I've remortgaged and saving money I'll only technically have to find a spare 12 a month so I'm not putting to much pressure on myself finance wise............have I justified it to myself

    Eyes get on next Thursday

Spent 2 in Poundland for snacks for the kids who behaved so well at my consultation

And 3 on drinks at the train station after our train was cancelled

Poor hubby no well he's having stomach cramps poor soul but as usual he's being stubborn

Cracked the iPhone......... will take pictures and get it on fb selling pages hoping to get 40 for it we shall see xx

I guess you'll save money on contact lenses and new glasses Abba so it could save you money in the end . I'll be really interested to see how you get on, as DH, DS1 and DS3 are short sighted and may want laser treatment one day.
