    Rooibos tea.

I woke up with a bluddy leg cramp and thought I may as well go downstairs and make myself some tea as I was awake.

I think I need a teasmade for upstairs.

Can of coke, not healthy I know, but I need caffeine in the mornings these days and can't drink coffee.

I keep meaning to buy some matcha as it is supposed to give an energy boost but is healthy. I don't know what it tastes like, though.

I stopped drinking black tea with caffeine as I thought that might have been a migraine trigger, but I don't think it was now. I might just go back to drinking lovely strong black tea in the morning. Probably healthier than having coke.
