    Mummytogirls - 100 years to be debtfree - I think not! 2nd Mar 10 at 2:58 PM
    Hello everyone!

Only ever posted on here once but starting to get my debts in order so starting a diary to try and keep me on track.

Basically since the beginning of 2010 ive really started to think positive about reducing my credit.
This included starting a spending diary which I have totted up February today and I can tell you I am throughly shocked!!

Joined whatsthecost.com today and snowballed which told me I will be debt free in 100 years ! Well im sure I wont even be alive at which point and dont really want to live me life like this, teetering from one month to the next and juggling things around!

    So here I am!

I have a loan with HSBC that will be paid off in Feb 2012. That is the biggy and costs me £353 per month!
Once this is paid off I will be throwing this money at the credit cards to hopefully get debt free by Dec 2014.

So here goes wish me luck!!!

I'm glad the dentist went well and you feel safer with the new locks.

You've been doing so well with your eating and exercise all week, have you lost any weight? Try and factor in a few treats for the weekend, but don't undo all your good work .

    Evening Diary,

I love that it is Friday today, love Friday's!!! Had a productive day at work and had my nails done which I always enjoy. £20 spent of my own spending money.
DD1 is not very well, she was a bit off colour last night and came out of school not feeling great. She has since come out in a full blown cold and hot and cold. Hope its short lived and she feels better soon. She's supposed to be playing football tomorrow but I doubt it at this rate.

DD2 had dancing, then DH cracked on with the cleaning and I caught up with the ironing. I do love a tidy house, even better when I don't have to do it .

Thanks HHOD and DFOD. HHOD I have lost 1lb this week so 3lb since the start of the year which I am pleased with. My body does like to cling onto my lbs even when I'm being good!!

    Food:
Breakfast - porridge with banana and nutella
Lunch - leftover quiche, cucumber, cheese and crackers, strawberries and yoghurt (threw this together and really enjoyed it!)
Tea - lasagne, jacket potato and peas
    Snacks - none
    Gym - day off

    Positives from today:
    * its Friday
    * had a healthy week food wise and gym

    Happy weekend all xx

    Afternoon Diary,

DD1 still not well, had her to the out of hours this morning as her temperature was 40 . My 2 have not had my high temperatures like this so I was a bit concerned and her throat didnt look good. Anyway we took her and her throats not infected and they've said her symptoms are like those of flu. She does seem to have perked up so not sure but will keep her resting and topped up with medication. She looks terrible .

Been out spending this morning. £17 in Mr T's on a few bits, about £4 can be reclaimed from work. Then £3.75 on a balloon for DD2's birthday on Monday. All set for that now.

Louby, its qmee its a survey site that pay out at any level of amount you have via paypal. Youve got to have your head in the game for the gym sometimes!

Thanks redo feeling chuffed with myself.

Food - not the best day but not massively hungry:
    Breakfast - weetabix
Lunch - 2 slices of malted bloomer toast
Snack - latte and 1 piece of toblerone (the big ones you get in the airport!)
Tea - leftover turkey curry with rice and naan bread

So tonight we were all supposed to go to DD2s dancing presentation but it will be just me and DD2 now. Less money spent I suppose! Have £20 in my purse for it. Hoping to come home with change as I will be driving us anyway .

Right think thats all, catch up soon xx

    Good Morning Diary,

Sunday already , these weekends do fly by but then again so do the weeks!!

DD and I had a brilliant time at the presentation last night, she didn't come home with any awards as she's only been doing it since October but the others were very worthy winners so she was happy for them. We got home late-ish and spent around £10 on drinks plus £2 on raffle tickets. We won a box of milk tray (DD2's favourite) and some roses!

This morning I've come down with a cold and sore throat, feel ok in myself though. DD1 is still not very well although she doesnt look quite as bad in her eyes.

Today will be NSD7 of 12

Just done my fortnightly meter readings (I like to do this when were using a lot) and used £67 in 2 weeks. Still £73 in credit so looks like that will be wiped out within the next 2 weeks!

    Food:
Breakfast - banana and nutella baked oats
    Lunch - not sure yet
Tea - hunters chicken, hm oven chips, carrots and peas

Think thats all really hope all ok xx

    Evening Diary,

Just a quick visit to finish of the day!

We ended up having a bacon and mushroom sandwich for lunch and it was a good decision!

Just waiting for DD2 to get out of the bath so I can get in, enjoy a soak and then watch the final peaky blinders!!

    Positives for today:
    * NSD7
    * enjoyed a little 20 minute snooze this afternoon which can only be done on a weekend!
    * DD1 seems to have picked up

Thats about all. Need to get DD2 to bed and then set up for her birthday! Cant believe she's going to be 9 tomorrow xx

    Afternoon Diary,

Didn't manage to get on yesterday as was totally shattered after 3 hours sleep Sunday night! Just a combination mind over thinking things, high winds and cats whining! Cancelled the gym and was asleep by 8.30!

DD2 enjoyed her birthday, although she was off sick yesterday as was DD1. DD1 slowly getting better and seems to have picked up a bit today (I've been to work this morning, DH worked from home and now gone in). DD2 was burning up and had a head ache but was fine from 11am. Hopefully DD1 will be back at school tomorrow.

So we were supposed to get heavy snow all night, all day until tomorrow. Got up this morning to literally an icing sugar type dusting ha! It has been snowing on and off but nothing much to write about. Will see what happens, could really do with a snow day!

Yesterday was a SSD, 90p on squash from Mr T's express. Today has been a SSD £2.54 in the butchers on sausages for tea and need some milk too. Tomorrow will be a spend day as having my waxing done. Hate not getting a NSD!!!! Stuck at 7 at the moment.

Think thats about all, hope all ok xx
