    "Mr. MoneySaver had taken a long holiday, somewhere cold, where he could sleep a lot, hibernate and live rent free"

    Then he was back, in a new streamlined form.

    Many of you will remember the 'Diary of a MoneySaving Extremist'. Now it's back yet with new rules.

    The Rules

    We tell the story of Mr. MoneySaver, an everyday MoneySaving Extremist. *

    Posts can only be 20 words long at maximum and you cannot reply to your own post (following the 4 word story board). *All posts must end with ..... to allow someone else to continue

    So let me start it off.

    "Mr. MoneySaver woke up, yawned, wound up his Trevor Bayliss radio (no batteries) which he'd bought from .....

    much money he had saved by doing all his 2006 Christmas shopping in this year's January sales. !Suddenly there was a knock at the door...
