Home Improvement Loan or add to Mortgage? 21st Sep 09 at 10:08 AM
    Hi

As moving house is not an option at the moment due to current economic climate, Ive decided to make some some improvements to my current property which will include new kitchen, bathroom and a conservatory for additional space!

My question is this, is it best to get a home improvement loan for approx £15k or remortgage my property and release some of the equity.

My current mortgage is only £200 per month.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards

    Craig
