    It's my recipe here
yes - it freezes perfectly whatever variety you choose - the coffee is just to give a bit of depth to the Baileys taste, I hate coffee myself but just a few drops of really strong coffee just helps things along

Oh, yum, yum and double YUM!! Haven't got any gelatine though, but I could be tempted to buy some.

Maybe we ought to pm MATH this recipe - in case he's overlooked it After all, how's he gonna drink all that fake baileys over Xmas?

I'm sitting here catching up on the posts, gagging for a baileys over ice, and I HAVE NONE IN.

I might just have to pop out and get some.

Buy the Lidl version, at 4.99 a bottle, it's a lot cheaper and tastes exactly the same

Nooooooooooooo - I'm taking antibiotics and the doc told me not to drink for another 8 days!!

(but if I can freeze it- hummmm!!)

I hope my cheesecake on boxing day is as popular as this topic! I'm off to make it now. I might have to open the baileys and just test it before it goes in the cheesecake. It's a tough job but someones got to do it!

Am I the only person who doesn't like Baileys?

    Am enjoying the thread though

I'm sure Im not the only one with some baileys left over from Christmas to use up and these desert recipies sound good. I live alone so it is not worth making them for myself but some of you might like them.
