    Hi I've been looking on Martin's site regarding deals on Sky+.
    Yesterday I went on the Sky website and a live chat function popped up. I entered a live chat with a Sky consultant but was timed out (I was busy doing other things!).
    I have been back on their website but have been unable to find the live chat function.
    Has anyone used this before and if so can you tell me how to access it?

    Go to this website then click 'ask your question' on the right hand side.

    Thanks for your reply but this isn't the page I was looking for. The page popped up and it was an actual live chat with a Sky advisor. I was typing in my questions and he typed in answers to my questions. It is so frustrating that I can't seem to access it again or get it to pop-up.

    I have just upgraded my sky package and was talking on line to a consultant too. Went through the whole process and placed my order but then the chat window disappeared and i can't see the facility anymore. I am now chasing my order with sky to see if it is complete and also asked the question in regards to the chat function disappearing. Needless to say they do not know about the chat and can't access the order status. No wonder i try and do it all online.

    Just hover around on this page and you should be connected within about a minute, can take longer depending on how many people are on there, you will see it trying to connect at the bottom left corner of the browser, its will say something like 'transfer data from server.lon.liveperson.net,

    Just noticed under the FAQ there livechat option aswell which appears to appear randomly

    Does anyone know what they are talking about with Sky Live Chat. None of the replies work!

    To chat to sky live is a pain but i managed to find a way . ok now on the main page of home sky click on shop, broadband talk ,then talk and line rental. on the right hand side you will see the chat to us live . whatever your query ,ask the advisor and if they are not the specialist then they will transfer you to someone who is . hope this helps.
