I was surprised how much better they look just from the minimum payments ticking over. I admit I really haven't made an effort or even looked at them since I was last here posting properly.

I picked up 2 books for youngest today from SA for 20p she will love them. Also picked up her vitamins ú2.20 from HB why I was near there getting her script. I need to order syringes on Amazon still but no other spends. Things are squeaky at this time of the month.

Should you not get the vitamins & syringes on prescription for your DD?

I'm really not sure about Vitamins Beanie. We only get one syringe of each size a month on the prescription and they go stiff/the numbers wash off.

Just got DS a TV for free from a friend so that his 'want' for Xmas Feel a bit mean it being something free She also gave me some DVD's for the girls so I might look for some for DS in the SA. I need to make a bow tie for DS teddy and look out some barbie and teddy clothes for the girls. I won't buy them at full price but will be keeping an eye out in the charity shops.

You can ask your GP to provide the syringes on prescription.
That I know as a friend had the same problem

I will ask again beanie but this is an ongoing battle as apparently DD costs them too much (they even told us we had to find a new surgery at one point) Amazon will deliver some today however. I think partly I do over clean them but it gives me peace of mind

Hope your morning is going better than mine!

Anyway on a more positive note another ú50 of the debt today. We have to be really careful with what we are spending this week. No extras can slip in. I have a trip for youngest for ú15 to pay but will wait till next week.

Feel really stressed today, glad its the weekend

    Hope everyone else is okay

That is really shocking. They should be providing what she needs and money shouldn't come into it,

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

Plodding along. Had a good clean today. It's weird how much clean cupboards make my mood so much happier. I'm just having a coffee before it's time to get the older two.

F1 weekend So a chilled one will be had. Have food in and have gas and electricity there's nothing more we need.

I do need to get back into the meal planning and things. I've let it go and it's shown in our diet.

That's unbelievable - as if your little one can help her condition. So annoying it's all about money and it shouldn't be

Mr SA used to get his vitamins on prescription for free, they were super strength ones you can't buy over the counter. You should persist and ask for them.

I have sent a message to the community team about the vitamins and syringes. SA I struggle finding some for DD that has 100% iron etc in as most kids ones don't for her age. Would be a bonus if they could prescribe some. I worry as her diet is still so limited.

Had a good chat with DS again about his mouth and I think I must have got it across more this time as it ended in tears I feel bad but he needs to realise how words do hurt and he can't speak to me like he has been. Some of the things he's said lately are too much out of order and not just a 'tantrum' dreading whats to come with the teens He's such a good kid and he is 99% of the time lovely he just needs to learn when to keep his mouth closed Takes after me I think

Anyway all done and all friends and they've all gone to bed with smiles even after the hard conversation. I hate that side of parenting

Have chicken curry to make for tomorrow and will make beef casserole and pie with the leftovers. Adds a few easier nights into the freezer.

Hope everyone has a lovely weekend

Its great that its just a hard conversation though and not a shouting match - or just letting it go. Your children sound lovely - so grounded and kind, so I'm sure that a sensible conversation will pay dividends!
