^^ Ditto! Enjoying Permission on Super 6 - if you let it go ripe a little, it tastes super sweet.

I've had a lot of colleagues ask about it as they've never had it before and it's all been positive!

    Cauli's fine, but large...
Easy peelers, hate that term, tell me what they are ... will cast an eye over these
    Lemons, no use for those....
    Aubergine, hate that, bitter/gruesome.

Nothing to rush out for, but there never is as they rarely run out of anything anyway.

A decent selection for the Parrot and fruit lovers. I'd prefer a bit of veg!

I missed the mango last time I was in there.

I've been wanting to try an Indian dessert called ayam doi (baked mango yogurt).
Hope I'll be lucky next time.

Strained yoghurt plus + icing sugar + cardamon / saffron / rose water / vanilla pods + chopped nuts is simple enough to make, and can be served on top of some sweet chopped fruit. I added a load of dessicated coconut the last time I made it and what came out of 1L of yoghurt was quickly demolished, even though there were plenty of other sweets on the table.

    Google didn't help?
    Really?
My Google search found a few recipes for Amm Doi.
They didn't include any of the ones you found.
    'added dessicated coconut'.
No. No. And more 'No'. 'No'. 'No'.

It's actually AAM DOI - my bad.

Googling 'baked mango yogurt' gives almost 20 million hits.

The recipe I have has just 3 ingredients:
    Greek yogurt
    sweetened condensed milk

    mango pulp

ayam is actually the Balinese word for chicken.

    Doi=curd (ie yoghurt)

Few traditional Indian desserts are baked, so I'd be interested to hear how you find it when you eventually make it.
