Normally, it's because some twonk thinks it can stop the neighbours knowing their price,

Although as Rightmove etc list in order of price, you can guess it's between the one above and the one below. :rotfl:
A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.

Yes, that's what I meant. I just can't see the point of attempting to keep a price hidden, especially where I live! Nothing stays secret here for long.

Don't POAs usually go at the start of the search (as if they had a price of zero)? It's been a while since I've seen one, to be fair.

Maybe they've changed it, but they are normally in between other properties in my experience, so you can, indeed, guess the price.

I'd buy it if the decking was from the same era.

Highlight for me: Left of the kitchen sink, the thing consuming Xmas decorations.

Picture 5, do my eyes deceive me or is the floor sloping? But my main spot is the washing machine - how on earth do you use that?

A house where I'd be checking the condition of it harder than usual - because the owner was obviously more focused on decorating it than maintaining it (that conservatory window:eek:).

But I'd view it if I were on the hunt in that area and could afford it - and then check hard whether that nearby "greenery" I was buying it for was going to stay put or get redeveloped.

Are you refering to that one at an angle? I think it's part of some sort of craft project.
