SP top up question

Me - I'm about £6 off full SP and need one more year to make the maximum, which I will be working, so fine.

Wife - current forecast £20.59/week short and needs 5 years to make the maximum. How does it work - is it £14.65 x 260 weeks? If so when does that have to be payed?
