    Answer: Dashboard - F13204519 - Disqualification

    I answered all the questions about the packaging and flavours of their new soft drinks, put in final comment about the product, rated the survey for interest and relevance (quite highish) and was then disqualified. Pathetic. It was only 28 SB.

    They must be very hard up for business (and I must be very short of something more interesting to do while watching the telly of an evening to keep trying!). :(

    Hi,
    First of all, thank you all for the codes throughout the day while I've been at work - it's appreciated.
    Now, I'm home from work and which on the laptop, I'm getting the following pop up message when I open up any page on Swagbucks:-

    Oops, we are unable to deliver emails to the address below
    Please update your email address and we'll try it again!

    Email (this is what is says in the email, not my actual email address)

    Please answer the following security question:
    What was the name of your best childhood friend?

    Now, when I fill in the details, I get the following message:

    Please enter a new email address. If you'd like to keep the current email address, and feel that it is valid, please contact customer service

    And, when I click on the hyperlink that says customer service, it just takes me to the home page.

    Anyone else having this problem?

    I had this a few months ago, so just changed to another email address that I have & then it was fine.
    The one they 'couldn't send emails to' was a hotmail.co.uk one.

    Yes, mine's a hotmail.co.uk account - had it since I joined a few years ago though, so not sure why it's changed now. Panicking a little because I'm waiting a payout.

    They definitely seem to now have an issue with Hotmail. If you try to send a referral email invite to a Hotmail address it doesn't work.

    Uh oh, the email address I use is hotmail ... I just redeemed some points, using the swago board, and its all gone through, so I think they probably haven't reached me yet ...

    Be careful on ncrave today. I just clicked to run one as normal and received a download prompt to download a random named .exe file. That's a new one to me, but I've had !!!!!! pop-ups before - just be vigilant as always, these 'companies' are shady.
