Slightly numb on one side of my face as I had a tooth removed a few hours ago and the anaesthetic hasn't worn off yet.

    Otherwise I'm on top form.

Numb bum. Working from home, need to get a new office chair. 3.5 hours to go.

Tired. Just got back from a two day break with an old school friend. Dashed up to Asda on my return and lugged my backpack back, along with my shopping. And it's been raining all day . But we had a great time .
I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe

I'm currently watching Raisin Arizona on the Telly. My partners listening to Sultanas of Swing on the Wireless. It's all good. Thanks for asking.

I am on new diabetes meds which can help with weight loss and I lost 12lbs easily.

Just checked my Premium Bonds and Iíve won a prize for the 4th month in a row.

I made a low carb blackberry and apple crumble yesterday which was delicious (cheap as apples free from tree in surgery grounds and blackberries from hedgerows)

    Feeling quite good now

Absolutely ancient - but the coffee and painkillers are kicking-in and soon I will be able to pour a stiff drink.

    Which will help nicely.
