We have a what's irritating you thread, and I think we need a thread for things that have made us smile, etc.

Me - well, we have a puppy who is now 8 months. I let her out this morning and was hoping to keep the door open for her to come in. But it was too windy. I was stood by the door waiting for her, expecting to see her come down the steps.

I then heard a tap at the door. She'd come down the steps, which I hadn't seen and tapped to be let in. She also taps to go out.

The thing that made me smile today was my dog doing a nice, firm, brown poo after 8 days of yellow squits

Viewing a lovely room in a house that meets all my needs, I'm signing the contract and getting the keys on Monday!!!

I'm ecstatic!! I've hated the past 7 months living in this hellhole, so really looking forward to this move!

Oh and also my friend saying he'd found my old passport in his paperwork, haven't been able to apply for a replacement as I thought I'd lost that one but now he's found it I can!

Well. following my usual New Years plan I am finishing everything I didn't finish last year.
So I have finished the vodka, the white rum and the brandy
Now I am slightly tipsy and am going to try and find my bed. . . . .
this may take slightly longer than the finishing up part. . . .
    update in the morning
    or later. . . .
But I am smiling very happily

Hurrah for Leeds Armouries - loads to see, *brilliant* staff & it's all free!
(Apart from the outdoor stuff, the indoor range & the shop...)
Still, plenty to go at & all wheeled thing friendly.

My lovely 8 yr old nephew with cerebral palsy who danced in my kitchen today doing the "cucuracha" and shaking his bum for the video I took, squealing with laughter, because I was in stitches!

Even writing this makes me smile. And smile. And laugh.

    It's the little things.

There was an amazing double rainbow here this morning. My photo's not that great, but it looked quite spectacular!

We don't often get rainbows. Well, we don't often get rain ,only recently.
