Section 75 help required please..

Good evening,

My family and I have recently returned back off holiday.

Our 2 year old daughter requires either a pushchair a wheelchair as she’s undergone double hip surgery. She’s registered disabled if that helps?

As we boarded the plane I handed the pushchair to the cabin crew.

At our arriving airport the same cabin crew informed us that the pushchair was in the hold and would be returned On the baggage carousel.

The pushchair never arrived.

Once we made an enquiry about the missing pushchair we missed our transfers and had to wait in the airport for a further 3 hours.

We subsequently didn’t arrive at our resort until the early hours of the morning.

The pushchair never arrived leaving us struggle around the resort.

Is there anyway of claiming against section 75?

Regards

Section 75 only gives you the same rights as with the airline.

What do their terms say about delayed luggage?

This is a claim you should be making on your travel insurance or from the airline's insurance for the missed flights and lost push chair. It'd be a push to claim section 75 (which is there for a claim against the supplier for breach of contract) because of a part that was lost
