Sending to different address

I know I can't do this but could someone give me heads up on what customer should do to have item shipped to different address.
Do they simply have to go into their account and change their address to the new address before they buy item? Thanks

    THey don't even need to do that, just buy item and when the PayPal page comes up they choose the address they want to have item shipped to. Before you commit to pay the PayPal page clearly shows the address that will be used, I have several addresses in my PayPal account.

    Have just spotted the address is a PO Box number in Manchester. I would be sending item with Hermes.
    Can I send to a Box number?

    Can I send to a P O Box address?

    Because most of our services have to be signed for on receipt, we unfortunately cannot send to P O Box addresses.
