No complaints with Npower (soon to be Eon) after 7 years of FIT.
Payments go into my wife's account and she hasn't had a single issue to date.

Am with Npower also. Reading submitted 10pm Sunday night, confirmation email with 9.30PM on Monday so less than 24 hrs. Just waiting to come into bank0

Provided FIT reading on Saturday.
Notification of payment to be received on Monday.
Received payment into account on Tuesday.

Would appreciate your input on the Co-Op and other FiT providers throwing us off threads. How soon can E.ON take us on and is it painless?Hello Rheumatoid and many thanks for your interest in our FIT scheme.Just to let you know, we only accept applications from existing E.ON electricity customers unless your current supplier isn't a mandatory FIT Licensee or where the customer isn't connected to the national grid.Applications can be made through our website where there's a form to fill in and a lot more information about what's involved.We've a specialist FIT team who look after these accounts and applications. You can contact them directly using either the online form or phone number underneath. The time taken depends on the workload this team are dealing with at any given time.
