    Evening all

    I had salad yesterday, bad move! Way too cold. Today's menu is...

    B - Overnight oats with raspberries and nectarine
    L - Ham, cheese and mushroom omelette with three lots of speed veg
    D - I made a chicken pasta thing with red onion, leeks, mushroom and red pepper. Made it with Philly lightest (HEX A). It made a LOT so I'll be eating it for a few days yet.
    S - Fruit and I might have a KitKat.

    I never used to have any before and also i dont have time to eat more before i start, if i had time would like something like poached eggs:D
