ESA3(IBR) vs ESA3(IBRD) form

Hi, does anyone know the difference between these? I have the IBRD form.
apparently the DWP has underpaid, and some people are 'entitled' (dislike that word) to payouts.
I initially google searched for the form because it would help to do it onscreen, rather than pen and paper, and found mainly the IBR result coming up (plus a few google results about why the whole thing is a bit of a.....'muddle' -- people wondering why the DWP is asking questions about 2013, and so on)

I have no idea of the difference and i've only ever heard of the ESA (IBR) form. I'm assuming they are the same because the underpayments are for those that were transferred across from Incapacity benefit to ESA.
Some of those that transferred across weren't assessed for any Income Related tops up and they were placed straight onto Contributions based.
They are in the process of contacting everyone that transferred. Some will be owe backdated money and others won't be. Whether you're owed anything will depend on your circumstances between the dates on the letter.0
