That's a bargain. Might order one now.0 -
Stoke, 99% usage should not be achieved by 3 or 4 Chrome tabs being open. This is a common fault with W10, can be caused by a myriad of issues (more prominently in upgrades as opposed to fresh installs)0

As already mentioned change the hard drive for a SSD. Mechanical hard drives are a serious bottleneck.0

Task manager tells me that disk is at 99%...
93 background processes. (I can see dropbox, icloud, turbo PC, microsoft windows...)
2 options :- a reinstall (refresh with "keep data and keep apps") or find out what's causing the issue. Start by uninstalling Avira; what is "turbo PC"? Remove all "tools" you have installed to make the computer to run faster.
Then look at an SSD (best to clean install) but try and find out what's going on first. If you put your general location in your Profile, somebody here may be able to come and help you.0 -

If it was me, I would order from Amazon instead.

Same price but after reading about ebuyer often giving reduced refunds for faulty goods (even if claiming on the manufacturers warranty), I wouldn't buy from them.0 -
