  • 38.32 miles to add for the past week.

    Bit poor and I am feeling rather sluggish. Really need to up my game. Might be my age but starting to put a bit of weight on around the middle which I hate as always been fairly slim. Trying to cut out the midweek glasses of wine and cut down on the sweet stuff. I know upping the walking will help as well so I have no excuse.

    Have a go at non-impact Callanetics, and the 30 Day Plank Challenge [google]. No cost, just need any old loose clothing, and 10 or 15 minutes a day.

    No brainer for me, all done and dusted before I have a shower in the morning. Plus a bit of brisk walking as and when.

    You'll soon be back in shape.

    Next week should be much better as I am making a big effort this week to get out a bit more.

  • 100km walk completed in 31 hours, very hard going!

  • My big effort last week paid off.

    62.58 miles!! Really happy with that. I got my best ever Mon - Fri step count as well.....103,000 steps.

    Dont think this week will be quite as good due to more time constraints.

    Low miles for me for the last few weeks due to illness and then racing a half marathon.
    So just to get things up to date: 1,310.8 miles run so far this year.

  • Didnt make as much effort as previous week but still managed 45.69 miles. Am happy with that.

    This week could be better as its my birthday on Friday and we have a B&B booked in Yorkshire so hopefully some decent walks while we are there.

  • This weeks mileage takes me over 3000 for the year so far, I will enter Septembers numbers tomorrow.
