Hi
We are a family of four (kids aged 3 n 6)
Is a trailer tent worth having for the family
what is a good model to go for (cheap and second hand if poss)
Wife not 100% convinced - what would swing it for me
thanks
WM

Haven't got one, although we did look at them before we bought our caravan. Do you know anyone who would be prepared to lend you one for the weekend? Then you can give it a trial run before you commit. I don't know about your wife, but I bet the kids will love it. ;DLaughter is the sun

We love our Dandy Discovery trailer tent, we have used it all over France, Spain, Holland and Germany. (We've had it for about 12 years now)
It is easy and stable to tow, and we can even put it up in the rain.
They are now owned by Riva and the web-site is:

Before the Dandy, we had a Conway trailer tent, and those are also very good.Charles J0 -
Had many good holidays with our trailer tent. easy to tow, store in garage.
any tent by Conway is always a good bet, but if it is second hand always get them to erect it!!0
