Own house outright which has tenants

Hi, I own my house outright and have good tenants in paying roughly 680 a month with letting agent fees taken out. I also work as does my wife. We are both in our 60's. The house us not worth much 175,000 at the most.
We would like to purchase another property at a lower value abroad and run as a b&b fir 6 mths of the year whilst still working Inn the UK for the rest of the year.
What is the possibility of being able to get around £80,000 on our property taking into account our ages etc. We run our own business. Thanks for your help.
