Any positive stories changing from DLA to PIP?

    Ongoing (indefinite) award means that there will be a 'light touch review after 10 years - I think this means a review of the paperwork.

    Such awards have been unusual in the past but DWP have said that they will be made more often with health conditions that will clearly not improve and just recently they have said that awards made following reaching pension age will often be 'ongoing period' awards.
    Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.

    I received an award for an ongoing period in March last year and was told it meant I would be left alone for a minimum of 10 years
