Hello,
Finally it was announced today that we are being made redundant, its been on the cards for about two years but poor sales figures particularly of late have hastened the decision, we had an informal meeting today with one of the joint MD's and he said that from tomorrow he will write up notes from todays meeting and put it into an email, nothing really contentious in what he said, everyone knows the status of the firm and it really is not a surprise, sad really if anything, now my question is after this initial meeting, what is the legal process they have to follow, the expectation is that we will be made redundant by the end of March, advice please and thank you in advance
