The only one I know of that offers both is NHS Fleet Solutions, which I can not use.
Are there others?

EVEZY do electric car leases with no deposit and insurance. Also includes POLAR so get free public charging. No contract either, so can do it month to month.
I personally don't think it's great value, but good as a short term solution.0 -

according to the ts and cs you can choose to pay a deposit or not. Maybe you should read the small print.
PLUS if you want to be a smart !!!! with a lease it is NOT A DEPOSIT but an initial payment.0 -

Indeed you can choose a 0 deposit but it does add up the cost substantially even with a £1500 contribution. Anything you do choose to pay is a deposit. Go to Peugeot website and spec up a car, say the 3008 GT Line. You get two forms of credit, a straight PCP or Just add Fuel. Select Just Add Fuel and you end up with another PCP, but with higher prices that includes the insurance payments.

And like the EVEZY, you have a telematic box, where they can terminate the insurance if you are found to have 'poor driving; on more than 3 occasions:
Minimum age 18, maximum age 75. Drivers are required to install the Telematics Box & consent to Data capture & transmission to qualify for insurance. All drivers must hold a full UK licence and meet eligibility criteria including limits on driving convictions and claims. Insurance subject to cancellation if four warnings are received for poor driving. The costs of insurance, servicing and Roadside Assistance are included within the monthly cost of JAF Passport for 3 years and are provided on a monthly pay-as-you-go basis and can be cancelled at any time without penalty or affecting the remainder of the JAF Passport contract.
And like EVEZY, I imagine the excess on the insurance is massively high, around £1,000. EVEZY also has a mandatory dash cam that sends data to a third party company every 18secs...
As ever, always read the small print!0 -

There are two types of Just Add Fuel. The conditions above are for the telematics one which isn't available on the 3008 GT Premium.0 -

Ah cheers, important point worth clarifying.0 -
All lease company's will do no Initial payment. Is there any reason you cannot just lease the car and pay the insurance separately?0
