I've just had 4 of the same shirty messages to my tickets about uncredited gold surveys despite my providing evidence of the completed messages in screen shots but what I don't have is the survey number as it was a click through from the home page which then disqualified me but then did the "finding you another" thing and I did the surveys presented to me and got nothing.

On the other hand they did credit me with my missing 1250 bonus for signing up with Virgin Games and completing the deposit and game play terms - but I had screen shotted every little step of that as I wasn't taking any chances.

But you can be sure I won't be doing any more surveys from the home page in future.

it is a shame that swsggers is going downhill and becoming worthless.

I don't make purchases through SB as the rates are dire compared to proper cashback sites like TCB or Quidco. Not that either of those are terribly reliable for crediting either! And painfully slow. As Martin says, you should view cashback as an added bonus and not a certainty.

However, they've never refused to pay me for a survey (not for years now). Even if I don't have full information or screenshot. I don't claim often, but it has been more frequently of late as there's been more errors. Possibly once or twice a week. Unlike a certain site called InstaGC where you will never get paid for a non-crediting survey, so I don't use them and anyway, it's a crap site.
