We've also recently got self scanners but I hadn't had a go of those yet.
The self scanners are great... I find A don't update SL very often so we've managed to find some great bargains because of it.
That said we too have only had them for about 2 weeks... used them about 20 times in that space of time though :rotfl:0 -

AP question please?
If I want to try for another 30 days but use the same card, should I remove it from the 'old' googlemail account first? or if I remove it will the vouchers disappear?
(I have screen-shotted the vouchers so have back up)I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -
Afternoon all
Well I've made a start on the wrapping and the tree is up with lights if nothing else so at least we are making an effort.
On the minus side OH took his work car for a service and they found another nail in the tyre, the tracking is out and so its booked in again tomorrow for tracking and 2 new tyres
Also the dyson died this morning, started making a dreadful commotion. Its only 20 years old. OH says he cant get into the motor as it needs a specialised hex key. He says its probably bushes or something suddenly snapped inside, either but he suspects we have a spare motor somewhere in the house . So in the meantime I've ordered the cheap vax that was on Amazon a few days ago which will at least tide us over. It wont be here until Wednesday by which time we will be knee deep in cat fur, OHs biscuits crumbs, dust bunnies and random cat litter wood chip that seems to travel all over the house.
And I have used up all of my Amazon credit
So that's our Christmas gifts to each other sorted - massive garage bill, new vax, 20 bags of coal that need to be paid for and a holiday final balance due on the 21st“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Been MIA for a few days, but back to the fray now!!
Have taken 4 bags full of stuff to my local homeless/housing support charity, including 5 B&H sets, numerous toiletries, scarves, socks etc and a few decent but unwanted Christmas decks and a couple of boxes of Christmas cards.
I felt quite warm inside that they were so grateful for them, then I realised I left them with one of my heavy duty french supermarket bags:mad:
Never mind.
Due to various things happening with family and friends Christmas plans have changed, so now having to do more present shopping and re think food. ( best place for crackers please, both for cheese and the ones you pull!) So 3 lip therapy kits bought, APG as expected.
Will catch up soon, busy cooking!!0
