Fair Kitchen Price?

Hi
I am looking to get my kitchen and utility updated which consists of:
- removing old units
- moving cooker
- removing tiles
- re-plastering where tiles were
- removing floor tiles
- laying karndean
- installing cabinets
- installing integrated appliances
- installing granite worksurfaces

I have been speaking to a couple of independent kitchen places and found a style we like, the Omega Savoy which they have priced with flat pack carcasses

I have attached the quotes below but we are coming in at £22k for the kitchen and £4.4k for the utility so £26.4k all in after we have negotiated, they say this is their bottom price. Whilst it seems high to me i'm unsure if I have unrealistic expectations as i've never had to have a full refit before

Kitchen is 3.4mx3.3m and utility is 2.7mx2.2m

We are based in North Yorkshire

I would appreciate any feedback on the pricing
