  • So jealous of you guys. I can't even get a mortgage. I am a freelancer and starting a new business together with my husband so it's really hard for us to get a mortgage. I have hope though it will not be too long!

    Have faith. I got my first mortgage in my forties. :)

  • Well done, I'm going to try and do the same today, although not feeling it atm, but there is an offer on, so will try - plus point is I want to declutter - minus is - not quick enough for me.

    I am now off for 19 days, so trying to be organised, and not waste any time, decluttering is on the menu for now :j as in the mood for that just now.
    Always have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:
