    No spend day yesterday.
I’ve been really good, taking lunch into work every day instead of going out and buying food. I did get a doughnut yesterday-but I had a voucher so it was free! :)

    No spend day today. :j
Not at work today either-day off. Fortunate really as I have some kind of rhinitis. :(
Yesterday I finally wrote and postage off an important letter I’ve been putting off. :j
I’ve also decided to make some changes to my diet. I eat too much junk food and not enough of the healthy stuff :)

Hope you are feeling better soon. How is the pneumonia now?

I’m good thanks jwil. I haven’t had pneumonia since 2018. I had a bog standard chest infection last week. Feeling much better now though thanks. :)
