I emailed them on Sunday for an update via the contact address and have had no reply.

Site still down this morning so I'm unable to cash out my £25!

    Thanks for the update.

I am also very near to cashing out balance, and have just sent them an email. Will update when I receive a response.

Have received a reply from Opinium, as follows

"Thanks for your email. The site is currently undergoing maintenance so there's been some issues with accessing surveys and accounts. We apologise for this delay and appreciate your patience as we work through this as quickly as possible. While we cannot give you an exact time frame for when the site will be working again, we are able to help you check balances and redeem points upon request."

Despite their site being down, I've been completing surveys for other sites that are using the Opinium name/survey, ie they are directing me to an Opinium survey.

Have now received the same email from Opinium as you libra. Though they are still sending surveys to me which I am able to complete.

Same here, I have completed several of their surveys recently and my balance total should now be almost £25.

It seems strange for them to be offline for so long.
