Has anyone else been involved in Diamond Construction and renewables or Heron Global Partners?
We are trying to contact anyone who may have invested in the £3million mini bond offered by Diamond Construction and Renewables Ltd, {text removed by MSE Forum Team}.
Sadly {text removed by MSE Forum Team} have so far failed to implement the promises they made to investors in the Mini Bond prospectus when it launched in Spring 2016 and have not paid the interest coupons promised and will not pay our money back.

Investors must now face up to the possibility that the project may be a {text removed by MSE Forum Team}, and by acting together we may be able either to hold these men to their promises or to get some if not all of our money back. We are now a group of over 50 investors- between us we are owed £1.875 million in capital investment, and probably around £200k in unpaid coupon.

If you are such an investor, or if you have invested in any company run by these two men, please join our Facebook Group ' Scottish Wind farm/DCR mini bond potential scam' or leave a message for us to contact you.

Just curious why you didn't post on the end of the thread you previously posted.

On 2.11.2015 he was fined £2500 by the Architects Registration Board for misusing the title 'architect' in breach of the Architects Act 1997. Investors must now face up to the possibility that the project may be a {text removed by MSE Forum Team}, and it is my hope that by acting together we may be able either to hold these men to their promises or to get some if not all of our money back. We are an action group- growing daily in numbers with people who have also been {text removed by MSE Forum Team} by this investment - Please come and make contact with us.

    The text looks identical.

The full extent {text removed by MSE Forum Team} is now becoming clear. In 2016 {text removed by MSE Forum Team} collected £8 million from a number of investors on the contractual promise they would use the money to build 8 wind farms in southern Scotland, have them up and running by March 2016 and thereafter would pay a bi-annual dividend to investors from the profits. Sadly it has turned out to be a complete {text removed by MSE Forum Team}. {text removed by MSE Forum Team} have not built the wind farms. They made the first coupon payment last year, then following classic Ponzi scheme methodology they failed to make any further payments. They refuse to give any account of what they have done with their investors money, nor will they give any explanation as to why they have failed to build the wind farms, and they refuse to communicate with their investors in any meaningful way. They have issued a series of written 'investor updates' through their partners in crime Heron Global Partners, ( who are now trying to do a runner) which always turn out to be mendacious, misleading and mischievous. Any individual investor who takes them on is subjected to threats, bullying and intimidation. However, {text removed by MSE Forum Team} and their associates are now running scared. The regulatory authorities and various enforcement agencies are on their trail. We, the investors have formed a support group which is currently 55 strong. We have shown them that we can't be bullied, we are not intimidated and we will fight them every step of the way. We have retained lawyers and we are actively pursuing {text removed by MSE Forum Team}, their associates and their network of {text removed by MSE Forum Team} companies through the Courts. We are confident we will get our money back. We now know these people are facing the prospect of criminal trials and if convicted, long prison sentences. If you are an aggrieved investor in ANY company run by {text removed by MSE Forum Team},{text removed by MSE Forum Team}, or if you have any information which may be of use to us or the police in our our search for our money and Justice, please contact us either through this forum or on 07590 695212

Neither poster seems to log on regularly so I wouldn't bank on them seeing your post and getting in touch with you.
