STS since last Wednesday. Diet was about the same again. Got more into a pattern of doing the indoor weights, along with the usual exercises previously mentioned.
For the exercise challenge, just recording gardening time this month. So far = 67 minutes.
P.S. March 2019 outdoor bike miles were 27.

STS since last Wednesday.
Did a lot of gardening = 7 hours and 37 minutes. Also, some indoor biking and indoor weights (getting stronger). The outdoor bike was just used for local errands.

I would like to get involved. Will post my weight tomorrow morning and then do morning weigh ins from then on on Thursdays.
Intend to do it by upping exercise and cutting out work treats.Not an expert, but like pensions, tax questions and giving guidance. There is no substitute for tailored financial advice.0
