Solarplicity

I have recently changed my gas & elec to these people any idea how you get hold of them? I have emailed twice and been on hold for a total of 2 hrs on several occasions..........

    Oh dear......
    I changed to Solarplicity about a year ago, they take 30 minutes or more to answer a telephone call sometimes they don't even bother.
    Emails to them ????
    Never ever ever get answered, not even with a holding reply.
    The absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with.........
    I am leaving them..........

    I lasted 4 months with Solarplicity then switched away because I couldn't take their incompetence even one more day
  • They are shockingly bad at customer service. Twice I was booked to have a smart metre fitted and twice they cancelled, telling me that I would be given compensation of £30 added to my account-I am still waiting for this three months later. Cannot get in tpuch on the phone, email response isvery slow. f it wasn't for the exit fees I would leave.
