Sumptuous photos (not). I can't imagine why the EA thinks that the measly two interior shots would help to sell it - they are terrible, especially the bedroom one.

Went on the market pre christmas, !!!!!! all viewings.
I have recently reduced it in the last week, to its current.
Loft conversion is done to building regs.
A quick search reveals 24 other 3 bed terraced houses currently for sale within 1 mile of yours for less. That is your competition, you need to ask yourself what will make people come and view your house when they can fill their weekends looking at those instead.
£104k is the most any house has sold for in the last 5 years in your postcode - Which would make me wonder how your valuation was arrived at and whether the EA is setting false expectations to get your business.
SPCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -

I felt sad looking at the photos.
Someone with enough money to renovate it will snap it up.0 -

There seems to be a lot of chairs in pictures 7 and 8.
Also noticed the TV, which looks like its just fallen on its side on the floor and been left there. Also the tumble drying seems to be leaning out of the cuboard at a very strange angle - like it's almost fallen over but something's stopping it. And it the kitchen in picture 9 there is what looks like a small bin fallen over on the floor.
Very strange house0 -

I noticed that and wondered if the place had been used as a b&b or rest home. There are a few tables with chairs dotted around the room too.0 -

Esp with the potential to make £200k+ profit based on the sold prices. Allowing £50-70k to fix it up.0 -

It's about 5mins from my house in a not so great area and is DOUBLE the price of anything else on that street
For the same price and in a much better area (just 5 or so mins away) you can have this...

RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.
