SCS letter

Hi all,
I have received NTK, contested and appealed and lost through POPLA.
Now I get a letter - in which the Lawyers SCS say I have failed to pay the sums due and if I fail to pay in 14 days their client Premier Park Ltd “may take steps towards commencing legal proceedings against you”.
There are no forms or documents attached so my question is whether this is a letter before claim?
I would like to know whether to treat it as an LBC or just ignore it?
Thanks for your help

This isn't an LBC. It is a standard debt collectors letter. Here are the odds of going to court

Thanks - that is what I thought. Think I will ignore it until(if) I receive the LBC (the letter was wrong anyway - wrong car park and PCN ref!)0

Do not ignore it , this is a scam. See what the Hof C thinks about these low rent law firms and their disreputable clients:

and complain robustly to you MP. If we all make enough noise they could be toast by Christmas. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
OK - Ignore letter but possibly raise with MP anyway as the whole situation is a farce. The SCS letter refers to a car park in a town I have never visited and the car has definitely never been driven in while in my ownership! Bring on the court case0
