remortgaging after an IVA

Hi

My IVA comes to an end in August this year and I need to re-mortgage fairly quickly afterwards to buy my ex husband out of our house. How easy will it be to do this and which lenders might be willing to give me a mortgage?

    I would speak to your existing lender first - depending on the numbers your options may be limited.
