Hi,
Usual advice is to block numbers, you can write and expressly tell them to make contact in writing only.
Once DRO is approved, all creditors will be informed, and eventually it will trickle down the line, and the contact will cease.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. Please note that Ambassadors are not moderators. Any posts you spot in breach of the Forum Rules should be reported via the report button, or by emailing forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com. What debt is this? If it's an excluded debt such as magistrates fines they can still chase you I'm afraid, same as TV licence
If it's a credit/council tax/water/gas/electricity/HP debt it's included so raise a complaint send them a screenshot of your DRO entry on the Insolvency Register https://www.insolvencydirect.bis.gov.uk/eiir/
Go on the free debt charity website www.stepchange.org and www.nationaldebtline.org.uk and download their reducing creditor calls letters and send to them - it's treated like a complaint then0
