Hello, Looking for some pointers/advice/suggestions.
My parents are getting on. I have a brother with mh issues. When they pass they do not wish to leave money directly to him due to his lack of capacity.
My question is, if the money they leave isn't enough to buy him his own property, how do I manage the money? Would it be better for it to go into a trust fund?
