1)The prize comprises:

• Travel allowance of £500;
• Seven (7) nights’ accommodation for six at Landscove Barns, based on the prize winner and their companion sharing three (3) interconnecting barns (subject to availability);
• Luxury welcome hamper with Champagne and local delicacies; and
• £1,000 spending money.

2)The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of their congratulations e-mail from Element being sent and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.
3) The prize must be taken and completed by 15th July 2020, excluding travel from 21st October 2019 to 25th October 2019; 19th December 2019 to 4th January 2020; 17th February to 21st February 2020; 6th April to 17th April 2020 and 25th May to 29th May 2020. The prize and its components are subject to availability.
4) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the barns.
5) Please note that the winner will be liable for any damage caused by them or their companions during the stay at Landscove Barns. Either the winner or their companion will need to provide details of a current and valid credit card to the accommodation provider – Oliver’s Travels – prior to taking up the prize. No hold will be put on the credit card but the card will be used to cover the first £1,000 of damages claimed by Oliver’s Travels. In the event of a claim arising the failure of any attempt by Oliver’s Travels to retrieve funds from the card account shall not diminish the liability of the cardholder.
6) The prize excludes travel, meals, drinks, excursions, attractions, spa treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
7) The prize and all its elements are subject to availability.
8) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.
9) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
10) A cheque for the spending money and travel allowance included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed.
