    i know this is adiscount thread, but can anyone help me?

    I have 1720 points pending from shopping on boots.com plus 104 points to go on sometime this week, the nearest boots with a atm machine is Cardiff, (i don't drive so 20 mins on train and 15 min walk to station) I phoned customer services about the points also stating i have cerebral Palsy so hence shopping online so i don't have to struggle to carry bags and was tols sorry they couldn't help i had to put my cardinto an atm machine in one of the stores, is there any other way around it?

    Hi Claire,

    Can you get a friend to put it in a machine for you, to redeem your points. You are not able to spend your points online so you will have to spend them instore anyway at some stage.

    I think you have about a year to redeem your points from the machine but you might want to ring up and check that. Good luck

    i got no problem using the points instore as theres a boots down the road from me which i use regulary, but ordered on boots online cause i was ordering quite abit, it was cheaper cause of getting free delivery than getting a taxi home with it lol.

    none of my friends go into cardiff either :(

    It's 10% off a £45 spend, so if your basket was less than that it won't work.

    TQAM36 500 extra points when you spend £55 or more at www.boots.com

    TQAM37 500 extra points when you spend £60 or more at www.boots.com

    A promotional code can be used once only per customer.

    Only one code can be used per transaction

    These codes are valid until 29/12/09. :j
