Hi guys,
I manage the freehold on behalf of everyone in my Victorian terraced house. The lease is under 70 years and it's causing some issues for some of my neighbors as we try to remortage/sell etc..
We decided we want to just extend it to 999 at a peppercorn rent to avoid any hassle.
I got two quotes - for the whole thing including land registry fee etc... I am getting it at 3150 and 3500
Sounds about right? 5 flats with most of them having a mortgage on them

I'd say yes, it 's a similar sort of price to a property purchase. Multiplied by five...Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
